How to renew my account? |

Your account will be automatically charged on the date indicated in the My Survey Section. If you wish to cancel, go to my account and select. |

No, you can cancel at any time. If you are in the middle of a subscription period and cancel, you will not be charged for the next month thereafter. There are no partial refunds if you cancel in the middle of the month. |

How do you provide security? |

Our servers features redundant UPS systems, generator backup, VESPA detection systems, closed circuit monitoring of all areas and entrances, card key access, 24 hour guard manned security, redundant a/c systems, and fiber from 3 separate providers. We are in discussions with three additional providers for the ultimate in redundancy.
Our Facility is also equipped with fire suppression system, designed to immediately extinguish fire and protect equipment and personnel. The command center is controlled via automatic doors to further secure and protect the equipment.
The NOC is located in a secure, monitored; class A building with a minimum number of approved personnel allowed access to highly sensitive areas and
equipment. A detailed record of employee and visitor entry
is maintained at all times.

Can I embed the survey inside an email? |
